17-6-2009 - On the 17th of June 2009 TTA International, producer and supplier of the E-lianz software, have succesfully had their ISO 9001certification renewed. Working according to standardised procedures guarantees the quality of both products and services TTA supplies.
In 1993, TTA started to put each procedure within its organization on paper. By identifying all these procedures, every employee within the TTA organization is dedicated to work in accordance with the quality system. In all areas, the responsible manager is trained as an auditor and thus we have developed, in this way, wide experience and a thorough understanding of the ISO 9001 quality system.
TTA was first certified for ISO 9001 on October 14th, 1994. This certification guarantees that all work and service provided meet the highest in class quality requirements and expectations.
The quality management system of TTA International covers the following activities:
- developing, conducting, organizing and examining training;
- developing service documentation;
- advising, giving technical assistance, engineering support;
- developing tailor-made engineering software and training software;
- outsourcing staff.
